Architectural Glass Outside Sales Representative

Quality Glass and Mirror Service•Omaha, NE
•Onsite

About The Position

Quality Glass and Mirror Service is a glass fabricator and aluminum distributor serving glazing contractors and manufacturers across a six-state Midwest territory from its headquarters in Omaha, Nebraska. The company is growing from a local fabricator into a regional business, and this role will help drive that growth. The primary objective is to grow revenue at healthy margins by winning new accounts, increasing sales to existing customers, and understanding their bidding activity and the reasons the company wins or loses business. This is a full-time, field-based sales role involving regular customer visits and prospecting. The representative owns a territory of new and existing accounts, works with estimating, customer service, and production to support accurate quotes and on-time, complete orders, and sells the value of the company’s quality, delivery, and service. Regular overnight travel is required, with approximately 20–40% of time spent outside the representative’s home metro area, depending on location. Compensation includes a base salary, commission on territory growth, and new-customer incentives. Strong performers may have opportunities to grow into larger roles.
