About The Position

Signet Jewelers is seeking an entry-level Apprentice Jeweler to join its Field Design & Service Center Team. The position provides a full training program to develop skills from apprentice to jeweler and offers advancement through a promote-from-within environment. Apprentices learn the business from the ground up, beginning with administrative responsibilities, customer service, and basic jewelry work while training toward becoming a Bench Jeweler.

The role includes interacting with stores and customers, completing administrative and clerical tasks, photographing jewelry for intake and tracking, and learning the basics of jewelry repair through polishing and quality control. Candidates with basic jewelry or jewelry repair knowledge are welcome, as are candidates with a passion and desire to learn the jeweler trade. The team is dedicated to delivering a customer-first experience that exceeds expectations for custom jewelry design and repairs.
