About The Position

UF Resources is hiring an on-site Appointment Setter in Bradenton, Florida. The role involves calling warm leads who have requested information about estate planning, using a proven script to confirm their interest, and booking appointments for the field team. Appointment Setters log call notes and appointment details and work toward weekly goals with coaching and support. Estate planning experience is not required; training is provided. The position is available full-time or part-time. Full-time hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM; part-time hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–2:30 PM. There are no night or weekend shifts. Pay is $16 per hour plus $50 for each qualified appointment—a homeowner who meets with a representative—and is paid weekly. Paid training and ongoing coaching are provided. Full-time Appointment Setters receive life, health, dental, and vision insurance, plus PTO and a 401(k). Opportunities to grow into member services and telesales are available. The position is on-site at 8725 Pendery Place, Suite 104, Bradenton, Florida, near UTC and I-75 Exit 213. Requirements

At least 1 year of appointment setting, outbound calling, or telesales experience.
A clear, confident phone voice.
A reliable work record.
