Appointment Setter - Outbound Calls (No Cold Calling)
About The Position
UF Resources is hiring an on-site Appointment Setter in Bradenton, Florida. The role involves calling warm leads—people who have already requested information about estate planning—using a proven script to confirm their interest and book appointments for the field team. Appointment Setters log call notes and appointment details and work toward weekly goals with coaching and support. No estate planning experience is needed; training is provided. The position is available full-time or part-time. Full-time hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM; part-time hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–2:30 PM. There are no nights or weekends. Pay is $16 per hour plus $50 for each qualified appointment, paid weekly. Full-time Appointment Setters receive life, health, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, and a 401(k). The role also offers paid training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities to grow into member services and telesales.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of appointment-setting, outbound-calling, or telesales experience.
- A clear, confident phone voice.
- A reliable work record.
