About The Position

Allegiance Industries, a facility services provider based in Columbia, South Carolina, is expanding its business development team into Charlotte. This is a full-time, inside sales and business development role focused on business-to-business outreach and high-volume cold calling. The position may be based onsite in Charlotte, hybrid, or remote; commuting two to three days per week is preferred.

Requirements

Experience with high-volume outbound cold calling, preferably in a B2B environment.
Strong understanding of sales processes, lead generation techniques, and qualification criteria.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho, and other sales tools.
High initiative and self-motivation, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing leads.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive team culture.
Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities and market conditions.

Nice To Haves

Ability to commute two to three days per week is preferred.

Responsibilities

Qualify potential leads through cold calling, email, and text.
Establish and maintain relationships with prospective clients, understand their needs, and position the company’s solutions effectively.
Manage and update the CRM with accurate, detailed information about lead interactions and status.
Conduct targeted outbound calls and emails to engage potential clients and introduce services.
Follow up with leads to move them through the sales funnel and schedule appointments for the outside sales team.
Work with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and optimize lead generation.
Meet and exceed KPIs, including call volume, lead qualification rate, and assisted revenue wins.
