About The Position

We’re hiring a confident and results-driven Appointment Setter to generate qualified meetings by engaging attorneys and legal professionals. This role is focused on starting conversations, qualifying interest, handling objections, and following up consistently. Your goal is to turn conversations into booked, qualified discovery calls. If you’re comfortable speaking with professionals, persistent with follow-ups, and thrive in a structured outreach environment — this role is for you.

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years in Appointment Setting, SDR/BDR, or Sales Development
  • Strong outbound outreach experience
  • Experience handling follow-ups and nurturing leads
  • Excellent verbal English communication
  • Confident objection handling
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Experience using scheduling tools (Calendly, Google Calendar, etc.)
  • Strong organization and time management
  • Reliable internet and professional remote setup

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with law firms, attorneys, or professional services
  • Agency or marketing services outreach experience
  • Experience navigating gatekeepers
  • Exposure to high-ticket or high-value sales

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound and inbound outreach to attorneys
  • Introduce services and initiate conversations
  • Ask smart questions to understand needs and qualify interest
  • Navigate gatekeepers and reach decision-makers
  • Engage prospects professionally and confidently
  • Schedule qualified discovery calls for the sales team
  • Coordinate availability across calendars
  • Confirm meetings and ensure prospects are prepared
  • Maintain clean and accurate scheduling records
  • Execute consistent follow-up sequences
  • Re-engage interested prospects over time
  • Handle objections professionally
  • Continue conversations until a meeting is booked or a clear decision is made
  • Log all activities in CRM systems like HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Track lead progress and update statuses
  • Maintain clean, structured records of all interactions
  • Ensure no lead or follow-up is missed
