About The Position

Kendall Auto Group is hiring Appointment Receptionists to join its Client Care team in a fast-paced, professional Customer Care Center supporting dealerships across Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana. The role focuses on making outbound calls to existing customers; it does not involve sales or cold calling. Team members help customers understand and address their vehicle service needs while providing outstanding customer service.

The position involves identifying service needs by asking appropriate questions and reviewing service history, scheduling service appointments, maintaining accurate customer and vehicle information in software systems, and communicating with customers and coworkers by phone and email. The call center environment involves spending most of the shift working at PC screens and telephone systems. Some standing and walking may be required. The required schedule may include evenings and a rotating Saturday shift. The position starts at $17.00 per hour.
