About The Position

Esler Companies, the parent company of Renewal by Andersen, is hiring Appointment Generators to represent the brand at community events. This customer-facing event marketing role focuses on sales, customer service, and lead generation. Appointment Generators help homeowners learn about products, promote the Renewal by Andersen brand, and schedule appointments for the Sales team.

The role is primarily scheduled on weekends and may involve shifts at home shows, festivals, fairs, and other community events. No industry experience is required. Paid onboarding, coaching, and ongoing support are provided.

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Weekend availability required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
