About The Position
As a Lead Generator, you create a friendly, professional first connection with customers and help turn brief conversations into qualified in-home consultation appointments. The role supports in-store outreach by identifying and informing interested homeowners and scheduling appointments accurately. You will greet and engage people as they pass, share a brief overview of home comfort solutions, ask simple qualifying questions, and schedule appointments while capturing lead details clearly and consistently. You will travel using your own personal transportation to an assigned location, set up to be visible and ready for foot traffic, work independently, keep your area orderly, and use your phone to enter information into an app. At the end of each shift, you will complete and verify your entries.
Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills and comfort speaking with a wide range of customers.
- Basic sales and customer service fundamentals.
- Careful attention to accuracy when documenting information.
- Personal transportation to travel to the assigned location.
