About The Position

A real estate development and property management company is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to manage its maintenance team. The role supports all areas of property maintenance, with a primary focus on supervising maintenance staff and ensuring resident work orders are fulfilled. The supervisor also supports the property manager, inspects the quality of maintenance work, directs staff, and sets work order priorities.

Requirements

• Experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Minimum Type 2 EPA certification.
• At least 3 years of experience in a relevant supervisory role.
• Effective leadership and communication skills.
• Hands-on team player.
• Positive attitude.
• Dependable and professional.
• Ability to get work done and motivate staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff and oversee fulfillment of resident work orders.
