About The Position

Monarch is hiring an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor for Abbey Court Apartments, a 250-unit multifamily community in Evansville, Indiana. This is a full-time, on-site, year-round position combining maintenance leadership and administrative responsibilities with hands-on work. The supervisor helps with work orders and apartment turns as needed and is on call one week every three weeks. Overtime potential is available. The interview process includes a maintenance skills assessment and a physical demonstration of the ability to complete basic job duties. Employment requires pre-employment criminal background and drug screenings and a valid driver's license.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, general construction, or equivalent.
Previous management or leadership experience in a maintenance setting.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to complete the basic job duties, demonstrated physically during the interview process.
Successful completion of pre-employment criminal background and drug screenings.

Nice To Haves

At least 2 years of hands-on HVAC experience; HVAC certification is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Benefits

$28.00–$31.00 per hour.
Quarterly bonuses of up to $4,000 per year.
