About The Position

Adara Communities is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Apartment Leasing Manager to oversee leasing operations and support the daily functions of Pirates Landing, a 230-unit community. The role focuses on leasing apartments to maintain occupancy and contribute to revenue goals, delivering excellent service to residents and prospective renters, and helping ensure smooth community operations. The manager will work collaboratively with the Property Manager and onsite team and support, coach, and develop the Leasing Agent.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of previous experience as an Assistant Manager in the apartment industry, with strong leasing experience (required).
• Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Professional demeanor, appearance, and work ethic.
• Flexible schedule; some weekends are required.
• Stable work history.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate.

Nice To Haves

• Social media or marketing content creation experience is strongly preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments to maintain strong occupancy and contribute to revenue goals.
• Manage rent collection, rent posting, and issuance of late notices.
• Assist with accepting move-out notices, service requests, and resident transfer requests.
• Support managerial duties and smooth daily operations.
• Maintain the confidentiality of resident information and documentation.
• Prepare reports, administrative paperwork, and required leasing documentation.
• Assist in maintaining an active social media presence to increase visibility and generate traffic.
• Support, coach, and help develop the Leasing Agent to strengthen leasing performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective renters.
• Collaborate with the Property Manager and onsite team to support community success.
