About The Position

The Staff Pad is partnering with a highly respected Ambulatory Surgery Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, specializing in general anesthesia dentistry, oral surgery, and comprehensive dental care. The center is seeking an experienced, patient-centered Anesthesiologist to provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care to pediatric and special needs patients as part of a dedicated surgical team. This is a part-time position, scheduled 1–2 days per week, with no call, weekends, or holidays.

Requirements

Experience providing anesthesia care to pediatric patients.
Active, appropriate state Anesthesiologist licensure.
Current BLS and AHA PALS certification; PALS certification is required within six months of hire.
Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
Ability to adapt to varying patient needs and surgical environments.
Strong work ethic, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
Patient-centered approach focused on safety, comfort, and quality care.
Comfort practicing in Anesthesia Care Team and independent practice models.

Nice To Haves

National Board Certification is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide safe, high-quality general anesthesia care for pediatric and special needs patients.
Collaborate with dentists, nurses, dental assistants, and surgical staff to deliver excellent patient care.
Manage anesthesia care for approximately seven pediatric patients per operating-room day.
Prioritize patient safety, comfort, and positive outcomes in a fast-paced ambulatory surgery center environment.
