About The Position

The Staff Pad is partnering with an ambulatory surgery center in Grand Prairie, Texas, specializing in general anesthesia dentistry, oral surgery, and comprehensive dental care. The center is seeking experienced, patient-centered Anesthesiologists to provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care to pediatric and special needs patients. The role is part-time, with no call, weekend, or holiday work. Anesthesiologists manage care for approximately seven pediatric patients per operating room day and work with a collaborative surgical team.

Requirements

• Experience providing anesthesia care to pediatric patients.
• Active, appropriate state Anesthesiologist licensure.
• Current BLS certification.
• AHA PALS certification; PALS must be obtained within six months of hire if not already held.
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt to varying patient needs and surgical environments.
• Strong work ethic, professionalism, and positive attitude.
• Patient-centered approach focused on safety, comfort, and quality care.
• Comfort practicing in Anesthesia Care Team and independent practice models.

Nice To Haves

• National Board Certification is strongly preferred.
