About The Position

The Staff Pad is partnering with an ambulatory surgery center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, specializing in general anesthesia dentistry, oral surgery, and comprehensive dental care. The center is seeking an experienced, patient-centered Anesthesiologist to provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care to pediatric and special needs patients as part of a dedicated surgical team.

This is a part-time role, scheduled one to two days per week, with no call, weekends, or holidays. The position involves caring for approximately seven pediatric patients per operating room day in a fast-paced ambulatory surgery center. The Anesthesiologist collaborates with dentists, nurses, dental assistants, and other surgical staff, prioritizing patient safety, comfort, and positive outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience providing anesthesia care to pediatric patients.
• Active, appropriate state Anesthesiologist licensure.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current AHA PALS certification, or obtain PALS certification within six months of hire.
• Comfort practicing in Anesthesia Care Team and independent practice models.
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt to varying patient needs and surgical environments.
• Strong work ethic, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
• Patient-centered approach focused on safety, comfort, and quality care.

Nice To Haves

• National Board Certification is strongly preferred.
