About The Position

The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a highly respected Ambulatory Surgery Center specializing in general anesthesia dentistry, oral surgery and comprehensive dental care in Visalia, CA and we are looking to hire an experienced, patient-centered Anesthesiologist to join a dedicated surgical team providing safe, high-quality anesthesia care to pediatric and special needs patients.
Schedule: Full-Time (3+ days / week) | No Call | No Weekends or Holidays

Requirements

• Experience providing anesthesia care to pediatric patients
• Active, appropriate state Anesthesiologist licensure
• Current BLS and AHA PALS certification; PALS required within 6 months of hire
• Comfortable practicing in Anesthesia Care Team and independent practice models
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt to varying patient needs and surgical environments
• Strong work ethic, professionalism, and positive attitude
• Patient-centered approach focused on safety, comfort, and quality care

Nice To Haves

• National Board Certification strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality general anesthesia care for pediatric and special needs patients
• Partner with dentists, nurses, dental assistants, and surgical staff to ensure excellent patient care
• Manage anesthesia care for approximately seven pediatric patients per OR day
• Prioritize patient safety, comfort, and positive outcomes in a fast-paced ASC environment
