Requirements
- ABA/AOBA certification
- State licensing
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain a strong understanding of the business of anesthesia.
- CV Fellowship trained or TEE Certified (preferred for Cardiovascular Anesthesia services).
