About The Position

The Analytics Solutions Manager in Wholesale Lending Services Data & Analytics drives operational excellence through advanced analytics. The role partners with cross-functional business, technology, and analytics teams to deliver actionable insights, optimize business processes, and support strategic decision-making through data analysis and business intelligence solutions. It also supports lending operations and risk management, operational transformation, and strategic growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, computer science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of hands-on data analytics experience within financial services or lending operations.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Alteryx.
• Ability to apply machine learning techniques and operational analytics to business challenges.
• Ability to solve complex problems and deliver succinct, actionable insights.
• Effective communication skills, including presenting complex data clearly to executive audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree in data analytics or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience.
• Experience in financial services or lending operations.
• Experience leading management consulting engagements related to analytics.
• Experience using advanced statistical modeling for operational improvement.

• Design and implement data-driven strategies for agentic AI and BI effectiveness.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and professionally to senior executives.
• Drive process improvement initiatives using actionable data insights.
• Leverage statistical techniques to support operational decision-making.
• Automate reporting and analytics workflows to improve efficiency.
• Ensure data integrity and quality across analytics deliverables.
