About The Position

Risepoint is hiring an Analytics Solutions Manager to build and deliver the data, insights, reporting, and AI analysis that support its COO organization. The role serves Channel Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Student Success, and Strategy, connecting data from initial consideration and advertising spend through enrollment and student outcomes. The manager will turn analysis into actionable findings and help advance reporting and analytics through AI in a fast-paced environment where service, speed, and accuracy are important. The role includes designing and optimizing data models, pipelines, and transformations in Databricks; developing Power BI dashboards and semantic models; refining attribution approaches and shared KPI definitions; and providing funnel, cohort, channel, conversion, retention, LTV, ROAS, and forecast analyses. The manager will also support Marketing Mix Modeling, geo-experiments, and lift tests, manage analytics initiatives and competing stakeholder requests, present recommendations to business and senior leaders, and help resolve data-quality issues, including web analytics tagging and event data quality. Success is defined by a connected and trusted consideration-to-enrollment data foundation, widely adopted dashboards and measurement frameworks that guide decisions, and progress toward automated pipelines, self-service BI, and AI-enabled analytics that reduce manual reporting and accelerate decisions. Risepoint is an equal-opportunity employer and supports a diverse and inclusive workforce.
