About The Position

NVE Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Analyst to support the General Services Administration (GSA) Public Buildings Service with accurate, compliant lease administration. The role includes conducting annual lease file reviews and annual operating cost adjustments (OCAs), managing Government- and Lessor-initiated tax adjustments, and handling Changes of Ownership/Novations. The Analyst maintains ongoing contact with stakeholders—including Lessors, Contracting Officers, Transaction Managers, Building Managers, Regional Legal Counsel, Data Managers, Budget Analysts, and Finance—to resolve issues promptly. The role calls for ownership of assigned tasks, careful review and correction of actions, and passing completed work to the client. Work is currently performed remotely, but the work location may change to onsite or hybrid based on Government direction or contract requirements.

Requirements

At least two years of experience in analysis or a related field.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.
Ability to perform quality analysis, manage data systems, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Google Sheets.
A Bachelor's degree; equivalent experience is also recognized.
