Analyst (Lease Administration Support) - GSA
About The Position
NVE Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Analyst to support the General Services Administration (GSA) Public Buildings Service and provide lease administration support. The role includes conducting annual lease file reviews and annual operating cost adjustments (OCAs), managing Government-initiated and Lessor-initiated tax adjustments, and handling Changes of Ownership/Novations. The Analyst maintains ongoing contact with Lessors, Contracting Officers, Transaction Managers, Building Managers, Regional Legal Counsel, Data Managers, Budget Analysts, and Finance to promptly resolve issues. The successful candidate takes ownership of assigned tasks and applies careful analysis, data-system management, and collaboration. Actions should be thoroughly reviewed and corrected as necessary before being passed to the client. The role is currently performed remotely, but the work location may change based on Government direction or contract requirements; onsite or hybrid work may be required in the future. Applicants must be able to pass a background check and drug screening test.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in analysis or a related field.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.
- Ability to perform quality analysis, manage data systems, collaborate with multiple stakeholders, and take ownership of assigned tasks.
Nice To Haves
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Google Sheets.
- Bachelor's degree; equivalent experience is also recognized.
