Responsibilities
- Manage accurate and organized documentation for all projects and prepare external-facing documentation for client meetings
- Support day-to-day operational activities, including sample procurement, intake processes, and lab sequencing operations for multiple projects
- Coordinate with Research Leads to ensure sequencing samples are moving appropriately through the lab and flag samples at risk
- Handle triaging between internal teams regarding sample specimen requirements, missing intake information, and impending delays in deliverables and reports
- Support escalation and resolution of critical project-related issues and share lessons learned across the team
- Coordinate with clinical trial sites, physicians, and clients to fulfill requests related to sample procurement, lab sequencing operations, sequencing timelines, and deliverables
- Contribute ideas and expertise to enhance product offerings and improve efficiency across Tempus teams
- Be highly organized and systematic with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks across projects, clients, and internal teams
- Possess proactive communication skills and the ability to work independently
