The Customer Success Project Manager at Tempus is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the customer experience on a daily basis. This role involves working cross-functionally to plan and execute strategic projects and plans to improve customer success. The ideal candidate will have strong collaboration skills, the ability to connect business needs with technology solutions, and a passion for process optimization and new technologies. Key responsibilities include gathering and organizing information on opportunities for improved efficiency, developing relationships with partners and stakeholders, becoming a subject matter expert on business processes and technology platforms, and providing seamless change management for projects and programs.

- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent practical experience
- 4-8 years of work experience, with a proven track record of executing against successful project initiatives
- Extensive experience documenting cross-functional business and technical requirements
- Strong collaboration skills
- Ability to connect business needs with technology solutions
- Passionate about process optimization and new technologies
- Ability to gather and organize information for improved efficiency and quality of service
- Ability to develop project plans with clear scope and deliverables
- Ability to develop deep, mutually-beneficial working relationships with partners and stakeholders
- Subject matter expert on business processes and technology platforms
- Ability to propose and execute improvements through automation and redesign
- Seamless change management for projects and programs
- Ability to independently manage projects, deadlines, and stakeholder relationships
- Utilization of predictive analytical data to improve customer satisfaction and reduce service costs
