The Analyst II, HRIS supports the governance, documentation, testing, and change control of Workday and related HR systems. The role ensures system changes are properly requested, approved, tested, documented, and auditable while supporting ongoing HR technology operations. The position is based in Alpharetta, Georgia, and candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance; relocation assistance is not available. During the first year, the analyst will track HRIS requests during the Avaap implementation, maintain the project scope inventory, document current-state Workday processes and system components, and develop change control procedures. The role also coordinates Workday release and regression testing, supports HR configuration administration in ServiceNow ITSM within approved access, and partners with HRIS and Payroll colleagues to build system knowledge and pursue Workday certification. Ongoing work includes coordinating change control for Workday business processes, security, integrations, policies, and access changes; maintaining documentation and system inventories; preparing evidence for access reviews and audits; coordinating Workday releases; and maintaining ServiceNow HR forms and workflows. The analyst may log, test, and document system changes and support administration within approved access rights, but may not approve or deploy changes they initiate. The role does not process employee transactions, and all changes require authorization from a designated approver.
