About The Position

Whirlpool Corporation is seeking a Scrum Master with authoring skills to join a new internal team creating Direct to Consumer (D2C) promotional campaigns. The role is onsite at the WoW Studios Chicago office or Riverview Campus in Benton Harbor. The successful candidate will work closely with the Product Owner, designers, authors, and merchandisers to build site content for always-on campaigns. The position requires knowledge of Scrum, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) authoring, UI/UX practices, search engine optimization, and content governance, along with a passion for process and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 2 years of experience with content management systems and content scheduling tools.
• At least 3 years of experience authoring website content using Adobe Experience Manager components.
• At least 3 years of experience with Jira/Confluence.

Nice To Haves

• Proven experience acting as a Scrum Master for a technical, web, or digital marketing team.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager as an advanced author, administrator, or technical support specialist.
• Experience leading technical discovery and aligning developers, designers, Product Owners, Conversion teams, and other stakeholders on complex projects.
• Demonstrated history of improving team velocity and removing bottlenecks through Jira optimization and process mapping.

Responsibilities

• Lead Scrum ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, and ensure alignment with the Product Owner.
• Serve as the primary technical escalation point for diagnosing and removing AEM platform impediments.
• Lead technical discovery phases, align stakeholders, architect solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain and optimize Jira workflows for seamless sprint execution.
• Partner with design, development, and Conversion teams.
• Create and manage AEM content as needed to provide peer support.
