About The Position

Venture Global LNG is seeking a forward-thinking, results-driven Business Process Innovation Analyst to support organizational transformation initiatives. The analyst will provide critical analytical support for large-scale business projects, document future-state processes, and help implement innovative solutions that promote operational excellence, cost efficiency, and business agility. The position is located in Arlington.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in business analytics, business process improvement, finance/accounting, operations, supply chain, or related fields.
• Passion for continuous improvement and a critical eye for detail.
• Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously and communicate effectively across organizational levels.
• Foundational understanding of organizational change management principles.
• Proficiency in creating visual process maps and using project management tools to streamline execution.
• Basic understanding of finance and accounting ecosystems and their supporting technology frameworks, or previous experience in construction, oil and gas, or manufacturing and relevant systems.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.

Nice To Haves

• Relevant master’s degree or professional certification.
• Experience with SAP, Coupa, and Workday.
• Familiarity with FIS Aligne, P6, SiteSense, O3, Octave Sequence Enterprise (formerly Hexagon-EcoSys), Jira, or Workiva.

• Support large-scale business projects through detailed, data-driven analysis and rigorous management reporting.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and support innovations that drive cost efficiency and business agility.
• Apply functional expertise to help ensure business processes and systems scale with organizational growth.
• Help report on the success of transformation initiatives.
