About The Position

The Amusement Manager is a technical expert responsible for keeping games in ideal playing condition. The role provides leadership to Game Technicians, positively impacts the business, and delivers excellent guest service. The manager leads the hiring, training, development, and retention of a strong technical team; maintains arcade and virtual reality equipment; and helps create a safe, secure, sanitary, and memorable environment for guests and staff. The position involves working in a fast-paced, noisy restaurant and entertainment environment, including weekends, nights, and holidays. The posting describes an average 50-hour work week and walking five miles per shift.

Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
Have at least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar environment diagnosing and fixing arcade games and technical equipment.
Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions.
Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, about job responsibilities.
Strong business acumen.
Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
Ability to handle 100K days, walk five miles per shift, and work an average of 50 hours per week.

Responsibilities
