About The Position

The Amusement (Arcade) Associate engages with customers during assigned shifts, helps ensure their needs are met, maintains arcade game inventory, and keeps games and counters clean and visually attractive. The associate responds to customer requests politely and with a friendly demeanor, answers phone calls for general inquiries, and completes special projects and other duties assigned by management.

Additional duties include enforcing alcohol and age restrictions and following lost-and-found procedures in accordance with company policies. The associate is expected to seek improvements to department work processes, maintain the confidentiality of company policies and procedures, and keep the work area clean and safe. The role is performed in a bowling center and arcade with loud noise, dust, and activity. It involves frequent movement, standing and walking for extended periods during busy times, and lifting or moving up to 100 pounds with assistance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• One to two years of experience in a hospitality or retail environment.

• Open availability, especially for opening and closing shifts, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers during assigned shifts to determine whether their needs are met.

• Perform special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.

• Seek improvements to department work processes, including more efficient or less expensive methods.
• Maintain confidentiality of company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe working area.
