About the position
The Sales Operations team at Stripe is seeking a self-starter to join their team and contribute to the overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization. This role will involve working closely with the sales team and cross-functional stakeholders to drive initiatives and solve problems in a fast-growing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving analytic projects, developing reporting metrics, and optimizing sales team efficiency and productivity. They will also play a key role in the planning process and contribute to the execution and improvement of reporting cadences for the AMER Sales and Sales Operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the execution and improvement of rhythm-of-the-business reporting cadences for AMER Sales and Sales Operations, including weekly forecasting and QBRs
- Develop materials and metrics to report out on Sales' performance across various levels of the organization (region, segment, team)
- Contribute to the definition, evaluation, and implementation of new metrics to drive insights into the regions' performance
- Contribute to AMER's planning process (targets, HC, and budget) working across Finance, AMER Sales Leadership, and AMER Sales Ops team members
- Execute initiatives designed to optimize sales team efficiency and productivity
- Develop a deep understanding of the underlying data architecture supporting Sales and how to

- Demonstrated success dealing with ambiguity
- Ability to derive insights from data
- Experience operating in a fast-growing environment
- Problem-solving skills with limited oversight
- Analytical skills in go-to-market analysis, performance reporting, forecasting, quota setting and management, annual planning, and ad-hoc sales productivity projects
- Experience in driving analytic projects in conjunction with sales leaders, sales ops team, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Proficiency in developing materials and metrics to report on sales performance
- Ability to contribute to the definition, evaluation, and implementation of new metrics
- Experience in planning processes, including targets, headcount, and budget
- Ability to execute initiatives to optimize sales team efficiency and productivity
- Understanding of data architecture supporting sales
