About The Position

The Amenities Concierge is an ambassador of first impressions and a member of CCMC’s hospitality team. The role assists homeowners and guests so they can enjoy community amenities and facilities, helping maintain a lively community and a safe, enjoyable environment. The community includes a clubhouse, pools, trails, a farm, and a community garden around a central lake.

Requirements

Customer service and hospitality experience.
Professional communication, appearance, and behavior.
Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
Flexibility to work after-hours, holidays, and weekends as scheduled.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
If driving is or becomes a requirement, hold a valid state driver’s license for the class of vehicle driven, maintain a clean motor vehicle report, and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits; notify Human Resources immediately of changes to motor vehicle standing.

Responsibilities

Offer concierge services.
Extend the highest level of service to residents and guests.
Assist with facility admittance.
Tactfully enforce rules and regulations.
Share community information, including parking regulations and services offered.
Prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment.
