About The Position

Hadley Designs is seeking an Amazon Brand Manager to take end-to-end ownership of a multi-million-dollar group of products on Amazon. The role combines product management, merchandising, and business ownership, with accountability for catalog performance and net profit. The successful candidate will use market judgment and a strong visual perspective to grow the catalog, protect margins, and improve the brand’s Amazon presence. The role reports to the leader of the Amazon channel and works within a small, high-performing Amazon team. Candidates with brand-building experience across e-commerce, direct-to-consumer, or marketplace environments are welcome. The position is remote and full-time, with a flexible schedule. The first 90 days include learning the brand, expectations, catalog group, and operating procedures; assessing the competitive landscape; taking ownership of weekly performance; bringing forward product and format ideas; and putting at least one relaunch in motion. The company expects the role to challenge existing approaches and measures success by the net profit delivered.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience owning a product line or catalog end to end as a business in Amazon, e-commerce, or marketplaces.
  • Strong visual judgment and the ability to recognize what performs on a product page.
  • Ability to assess competitors and markets and clearly explain the reasoning behind decisions.
  • Ability to identify trends and turn them into product or format ideas.
  • Knowledge of tactics that grow net profit, with experience protecting margin and price.
  • Deep, hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon advertising.
  • Daily use of AI to improve productivity, and willingness to help develop the company’s AI workflows and capabilities.
  • Experience or capability using a CRM and documented SOPs.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Clear, confident spoken and written English.
  • Coachable, quick to learn, and confident enough to challenge existing approaches constructively.

  • Improve how products appear and compete on the Amazon page, including main images, packaging, and format.
  • Elevate the Amazon brand experience to protect margins and support higher prices.
