About The Position

Hadley Designs is seeking an experienced Amazon Account Manager to take end-to-end ownership of a multi-million-dollar group of products on Amazon. The role combines product management, merchandising, and business ownership, with accountability for growing net profit as well as sales. The position is part of a small, high-performing Amazon team and reports to the leader of the Amazon channel. Candidates with experience building brands across e-commerce, direct-to-consumer, or marketplace environments are welcome. The Account Manager will make decisions about pricing, listings, imagery, promotions, and inventory; analyze the competitive landscape; and identify product and format opportunities both within and outside Amazon. They will use advertising, experiments, listing improvements, and inventory planning as levers to improve profitability and strengthen the brand experience. The role also includes using AI workflows to reduce routine work and providing clear weekly updates on results, risks, and next steps. During the first 90 days, the successful candidate is expected to learn the brand, catalog, expectations, and SOPs; assess the competitive landscape; take ownership of weekly catalog performance and make initial decisions to protect margins and improve results; bring forward product and format ideas with at least one relaunch in motion; and propose an improvement to an existing way of working.
