This role involves ensuring timely and efficient execution of orders, handling repair follow-ups, forecasting service manpower, and assisting with financial and billing processes. The Superintendent will also represent the company professionally, recruit and train staff, understand permitting requirements, and provide weekly activity reports to the service operations manager. A strong emphasis is placed on safety, effective communication, and adherence to HR and safety initiatives.
