About The Position

Brookdale Overland Park is hiring full-time and part-time IV-certified LPNs at its continuing care retirement community, which offers skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care. Available schedules include Monday–Friday day shift (6 a.m.–2 p.m.), evening shift (2 p.m.–10 p.m.) with a $4/hour shift differential, night shift (10 p.m.–6 a.m.) with a $2/hour shift differential, and a full-time 7 a.m.–7 p.m. schedule three days per week that includes every other weekend. The three-day schedule includes a $4/hour differential Monday–Friday from 2 p.m.–7 p.m. and on weekends. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time hires. The LPN helps maintain an environment that supports residents’ physical, social, and psychological well-being; monitors and documents care in accordance with physician-prescribed treatment plans; administers medications; and maintains the cleanliness and security of the medicine supply room while following company systems, procedures, and processes. Responsibilities

Assist in maintaining a physical, social, and psychological environment in the best interest of residents.
Monitor resident care according to physician-prescribed treatment plans and document responses to care plans.
