About The Position
Henry County Health and Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate, reliable Licensed Practical Nurses to join its care team. The LPN is an essential part of residents’ care and works in a team-driven environment. This is a full-time night-shift position from 7 PM to 7 AM in Paris, Tennessee, with a $2,500 sign-on bonus.
Requirements
- Current unrestricted LPN license for the state of Tennessee.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
Responsibilities
- Direct the daily activities of CNAs and ensure nursing personnel follow policies and procedures.
- Participate in resident admissions, discharges, and transfers as required.
- Assess residents’ conditions and prepare and administer medications according to physician orders.
- Initiate, review, and update care plans.
- Report changes in residents’ conditions to the nurse supervisor and inform them of factors that interfere with performing assigned work.
- Perform other duties assigned by clinical or administrative leadership.
- Maintain confidentiality of protected health information in verbal, written, and electronic communications.
