LPN - Sign On Bonus
About The Position
Brookdale Manlius, an 80-unit assisted living community, is hiring LPNs for full-time evening and part-time day opportunities. The role supports residents’ physical, social, and psychological well-being, provides care in accordance with physician-prescribed treatment plans, documents responses to care, and administers medications while maintaining the cleanliness and security of the medicine supply room and following company procedures. A state-required LPN or LVN license is required. The posting offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time hires and $2,500 for part-time hires, payable after 90 days of employment. Bonuses are limited to Brookdale Manlius and are unavailable to internal applicants. Brookdale describes opportunities for professional development and offers benefits that vary by employment status. Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining a physical, social, and psychological environment in the best interest of residents.
- Monitor resident care according to physician-prescribed treatment plans and document responses to care plans.
- Administer medications.
- Maintain the cleanliness and security of the medicine supply room.
- Adhere to company systems, procedures, and processes.
