About The Position

Hardin Medical Center is seeking a Med/Surg Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), IV Certified, to perform routine technical nursing duties and assist with other duties involved in providing patient care. The role may include explaining programs offered by the hospital to individuals. Work is performed under the administrative supervision of a licensed physician and/or registered nurse. The position reports to the charge nurse, Nurse Manager, and/or Nurse Director. This is a full-time, night-shift position in Savannah, Tennessee, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Current Tennessee State Licensed Practical Nurse license with no restrictions.
• IV certification.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association, per HMC policy.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification through the American Heart Association, per HMC policy.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification through the American Heart Association, per HMC policy.

Nice To Haves

• One year of LPN experience in a hospital or nursing home environment is preferred.
