About The Position

Bridges by EPOCH at Mashpee is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide nursing care to residents in its memory care assisted living community. The nursing team works with residents in the community’s neighborhoods to provide high-quality care. New graduates are welcome to apply.

The listed part-time schedule is 4 p.m.–8 p.m. every other weekend. Per-diem shifts are also available from 7 a.m.–3 p.m., 3 p.m.–11 p.m., and 11 p.m.–7 a.m. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered for part-time nurses through December 1, 2026, paid in increments beginning after 90 days of employment. The posted pay rate is $34.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) nursing license.
• A passion for working with seniors; dependable and compassionate candidates are sought.
