About The Position

Bridges by EPOCH at Mashpee is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join its nursing team at a memory care assisted living community. The nursing team works with residents in the community’s neighborhoods, providing high-quality nursing care. New graduates are welcome to apply. The role is offered part-time with shifts from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. every other weekend, or per diem with shifts from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., or 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. The listed pay rate is $34 per hour. A $2,500 part-time sign-on bonus is available through December 1, 2026, paid in increments beginning after 90 days of employment.

Requirements

• Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) nursing license.
• Strong passion for working with seniors.
