About The Position

The Aisles Online Manager oversees planning, implementation, staffing, and tracking for the fulfillment and delivery of the store’s online shopping website. The manager maintains the order fulfillment process and schedules personal shoppers and delivery drivers, while ensuring incoming orders are completed promptly and on time.

The role provides friendly, efficient customer service and addresses customer concerns to help ensure a positive shopping experience. It includes training employees, scheduling department staff, communicating new policies and procedures, following food safety requirements, and complying with company policies and store guidelines. The position supervises department employees and works in a fast-paced retail store environment.

• Ability to perform sedentary work, occasionally lifting or carrying objects weighing no more than 10 pounds and occasionally standing or walking.
• Ability to perform duties involving stooping, kneeling, reaching, handling, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions.
• Visual ability to see detail at near range, with or without correction.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Monitor incoming online orders to ensure prompt, on-time fulfillment.
• Train new employees and educate existing employees about new policies and procedures.
• Schedule department employees.
• Provide prompt, efficient, friendly customer service and take steps to resolve customer service issues.
• Follow food safety guidelines and ensure products are kept at proper temperatures.
• Comply with company policies and individual store guidelines.
• Instruct, assign, review, and plan the work of others; maintain standards, coordinate activities, and address employee problems.
• Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required.
