Airline Passenger Assist
About The Position
ABM is seeking a reliable, experienced Airline Passenger Assistant, also known as a Wheelchair Agent, to provide airline passenger assistance for people who require or request wheelchair support. The role is highly customer-service-oriented; tipping is allowed and customary, and agents who provide extraordinary customer service may increase their earnings by $25–$100 per week. The position is suitable for someone entering or returning to the workforce with limited experience or education. No experience or high school diploma, GED, or college degree is required, and on-the-job training is provided. Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- No high school diploma, GED, or college degree is required.
- No experience is required; on-the-job training is provided.

Responsibilities
- Follow safety precautions at all times while transporting passengers.
- Interact positively with passengers.
- Comply with all client and/or site security requirements and processes.
- Safely transport passengers in wheelchairs from their retrieval point to their desired destination within the client site or grounds.
- Assist passengers with baggage retrieval and transport, if necessary.
- Coordinate assignments with dispatchers and gate agents, if necessary.
- Complete thorough incident reports.
