About The Position

EWOR is seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups, including in the AI Research Lab field. The selected person will own, build, and run their startup, taking full responsibility for scaling it toward €100M+ in revenue. They will participate in a customised personal development programme created by unicorn founders, with support for goal, time, and energy management.

The role includes access to weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, a community of founders, peers, and investors, and help hiring through a network of more than 50,000 professionals. EWOR also provides advice and best practices from serial entrepreneurs, intensive coaching to prepare the startup to raise millions, and support with product iteration until product-market fit, as well as building a sales force or marketing engine.

The candidate may receive a salary while building the startup as an employee of EWOR, or may alternatively opt for up to €500,000 in funding. EWOR also offers support toward securing a multi-million-euro funding round within 12 months; it states that fellows raise more than €2 million on average after the Grand Pitch.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.
