About The Position
This opportunity is for an ambitious entrepreneur to start and scale a startup in the AI Research Lab field. The role involves owning, building, and running the startup, with support from serial entrepreneurs and unicorn founders. The founder can choose between receiving a salary while building the startup as an employee or opting for up to €500k in funding. Support includes weekly one-to-one sparring, access to a founder and investor community, help hiring through a network of over 50,000 professionals, guidance on reaching product-market fit and building sales or marketing capabilities, and coaching to prepare for fundraising. The programme also includes a customised personal development journey focused on goal, time, and energy management. The stated ambition is to build a company capable of reaching €1B+ in value and €100M+ in revenue.
Requirements
- Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
- Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
- Have excellent communication skills in English.

- Prepare the startup to raise millions in funding with intensive coaching.
