About The Position

This opportunity is for an ambitious entrepreneur to start and scale a startup in fields such as an AI Research Lab. You will own, build, and run your startup, taking full responsibility for its development and growth. EWOR offers either a salary while you build your startup as a direct employee or the option to receive up to €500k in funding.

You will receive weekly 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders, access to a community of founders, peers, and investors, and support with hiring through a network of over 50,000 professionals. The programme includes customised personal development focused on goal, time, and energy management, intensive coaching to prepare the startup to raise millions, and support in reaching product-market fit and building a sales force or marketing engine. Funding support is available to help secure a multi-million-euro funding round within 12 months; the posting notes that EWOR Fellows raise over €2M on average after the Grand Pitch.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues.
• Have excellent English communication skills.
