About The Position
EWOR is seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups in fields such as Applied AI. The successful candidate will own, build, and run a startup and take full responsibility for scaling it toward €100M+ in revenue, with the ambition of building a €1B+ company. The role includes a customised personal-development programme designed by unicorn founders, covering goal, time, and energy management. EWOR offers coaching and practical support across hiring, product iteration, product-market fit, sales and marketing, and preparation for fundraising. The candidate can choose to receive a salary while building the startup as an EWOR employee or opt for up to €500,000 in funding. Support also includes weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, access to a founder, peer, and investor community, and help pursuing a multi-million-euro funding round.
Requirements
- Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
- Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
- Have excellent communication skills in English.
