About The Position

EWOR is seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups in fields such as Applied AI. The selected candidate will own, build, and run a startup and take full responsibility for scaling it to €100M+ in revenue, with the opportunity to build a €1B+ company.

The candidate will receive a salary while building the startup through direct employment, or may opt for up to €500,000 in funding. Support includes weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, access to a community of founders, peers, and investors, help hiring through a network of more than 50,000 professionals, and guidance on product-market fit, sales, marketing, and fundraising. The programme also includes a customised personal development journey and intensive coaching to prepare the startup to raise millions in funding.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.
