About The Position

EWOR is seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups in fields such as Applied AI. The role involves owning, building, and running a startup, with support from serial entrepreneurs and unicorn founders. Participants can choose to receive a salary while building their startup as a direct EWOR employee or opt for up to €500,000 in funding.

The programme includes weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, access to a community of founders, peers, and investors, and assistance with team building through a network of more than 50,000 professionals. EWOR also provides guidance on reaching product-market fit, building a sales or marketing operation, and preparing to raise substantial funding. Fellows receive a customised personal development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management, as well as intensive coaching to prepare their startup for fundraising.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocation.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100 million or more in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run a startup in fields such as Applied AI.

• Build a team with hiring support from EWOR’s professional network.
• Iterate the product with EWOR until reaching product-market fit.
• Build a sales force or marketing engine with EWOR’s support.
• Prepare the startup to raise millions in funding with intensive coaching.
