About The Position

EWOR is seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups, including ventures in fields such as AI Research Lab. The successful candidate will own, build, and run their startup and take full responsibility for scaling it to €100M+ in revenues.

The role includes an extensive personal development journey and a customised programme designed by unicorn founders to enhance goal, time, and energy management. EWOR provides support with hiring through its network of more than 50,000 professionals, advice and best practices from serial entrepreneurs, and intensive coaching to prepare the startup to raise millions in funding. The company also supports product iteration toward product-market fit and helps build a sales force or marketing engine.

The position is described as 100% remote. Candidates should be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating. The role offers either a salary while building the startup as an EWOR employee or the option of up to €500,000 in funding.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.

• Have excellent English communication skills.

• Build a team with hiring support from EWOR’s network and guidance from serial entrepreneurs.
• Prepare the startup to raise millions in funding through intensive coaching.
• Iterate the product toward product-market fit.
• Build a sales force or create a marketing engine.
