About The Position

EWOR seeks ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups, including in AI. The selected candidate will own, build, and run a startup and take full responsibility for scaling it toward €100M+ in revenue. They will receive a salary while building the startup as a direct employee of EWOR, or may choose up to €500k in funding.

The programme offers weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, access to a community of leading founders, peers, and investors, and support with team building through a network of more than 50,000 professionals. Fellows receive guidance on product-market fit, sales and marketing, and intensive coaching to prepare for raising funding. EWOR also provides a customised personal-development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management. Funding support aims to help secure a multi-million-euro funding round within 12 months; the posting says EWOR Fellows raise more than €2M on average after the Grand Pitch.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
• Have excellent English-language communication skills.
