About The Position

This opportunity is for an ambitious entrepreneur to start and scale a startup, potentially in AI. You will own, build, and run your company, with the goal of scaling it to €100M+ in revenue. The organization offers either a salary while you build your startup as a direct employee or the option to receive up to €500k in funding.

Support includes weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, access to a community of founders, peers, and investors, and help hiring through a network of over 50,000 professionals. You will receive guidance on reaching product-market fit and building a sales force or marketing engine, as well as intensive coaching to prepare the startup to raise millions in funding. The opportunity also includes a customized personal development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.
